CloudBridge Calendar Support
CloudBridge synchronizes a selected iCloud calendar to a selected Google Calendar on Android. For help, email Steve Loader at steve@projelle.com.
Connection and sync help
- iCloud: Use an Apple app-specific password, not your normal Apple Account password. See Apple's app-specific-password instructions. If it has been revoked, create a new one and reconnect in CloudBridge.
- Google: If access expires or is revoked, reconnect Google authorization in CloudBridge and check the destination calendar selection.
- Automatic sync: Check that it is enabled in Settings and that network access is available. Android controls background scheduling; there is no guaranteed exact sync interval.
Reporting a problem
A few details can help identify what happened:
- Your CloudBridge version and Android version.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether the issue happened during setup, preview, manual sync, or automatic sync.
- In the app's Diagnostics screen, you can explicitly copy or share a diagnostic report if support requests it. Review the report before sending.
Keep credentials out of support messages. Do not send passwords, Apple app-specific passwords, Google authentication credentials or tokens, or any other account credentials or secrets. Avoid including unnecessary calendar or account details.
Privacy information
